Responsibilities
* Validate interactions between customer engagement platforms and CRM systems.
* Drive quality assurance activities within an agile, cross‑functional team.
* Develop and maintain automated test suites across UI, API, and integration layers.
* Embed automated tests into continuous integration and delivery processes.
* Contribute to the evolution of internal testing frameworks and tooling.
* Collaborate closely with developers and product stakeholders.
* Support product releases through structured testing and quality reporting.
* Conduct exploratory testing and regression campaigns when needed.
* Participate in team code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
* Deepen your expertise in system integrations while expanding your responsibilities.
Your Background
* Professional experience in software testing and automation.
* Hands‑on expertise with Playwright for automated testing.
* Proficient in TypeScript applied to automation scenarios.
* Familiar with GitLab‑based workflows and CI/CD environments.
* Strong interest in complex architectures and enterprise software solutions.
* Comfortable in agile methodologies (Scrum/DevOps).
* Fluent in German and English.
