For this reason, we are looking for a Customer Experience Intern to our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will be part of the Customer Experience team and will be responsible for delivering a 5* customer satisfaction. We strive to offer the best customer experience and your mission is to pursue our innovative, intuitive, and above all customer-oriented vision to provide our clients a unique experience.
Your mission
* Constantly coach our Batmaids with care and cleverness.
* Offer customized solutions to our clients.
* Negotiate with agents and clients to fix last-minute issues.
* Ensure 100% service satisfaction.
* Work with the management team to solve complex cases.
* Participate in projects on operational continuous improvement and process development.
* Become a pro in execution/time management/team playing and much more
Your weapons
* A sociable, friendly, and positive attitude.
* Fluent English and French, German is a plus.
* Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
* Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
* Proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision. Humble, hard-working, self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
