Main Responsibilities:
·Perform basic equipment checks and support calibration activities
·Handle single-use assemblies and assist with equipment setup
·Support buffer exchange, filtration, and basic process operations
·Operate autoclaves (loading, running cycles, unloading materials)
·Check availability of consumables and chemicals and report discrepancies
·Prepare ethanol and support dispensing activities
·Clean production areas and rooms according to GMP standards
·Support material handling and buffer drainage activities
·Deliver samples to QC and other departments
·Complete GMP documentation and batch records
·Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures
·Support investigations and continuous improvement activities when required
Qualifications and Experience:
·Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required;
·Technical diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent training in biotech, chemistry, pharma, or laboratory technology
·Basic knowledge of GMP and cleanroom environments
·Ability to follow SOPs and technical instructions in English
·1–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical manufacturing (USP/DSP is a plus)
·Experience with GMP documentation is a plus
·English or German fluent
