We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our innovative team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining our SaaS product, ensuring its reliability and performance in the Regulatory Reporting sphere. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with Java expertise to seamlessly transition into Kotlin, contributing to a codebase that leverages both languages.
Your Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design software solutions.
* Develop new features, address bug fixes, and occasionally refactor code.
* Work with a tech stack that includes Java (17+), Kotlin, Spring Framework, Micronaut, AngularJS, Apache Camel, Apache Artemis JMS, Hibernate, Kubernetes, Helm, REST, SOAP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and the Elastic ELK Stack.
* Utilize tools such as JetBrains Intellij + AI, JetBrains Datagrip, Lens, Rancher, and Postman to streamline development workflows.
* Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and ArgoCD for efficient and automated software delivery.
* Embrace a flat hierarchy and contribute to inclusive decision-making processes regarding tool and architecture selection.
Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Java and or Kotlin Developer, with a willingness to learn and work with both Java and Kotlin.
* Familiarity with Spring Framework, Apache Camel, Hibernate, Kubernetes, REST, SOAP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and the Elastic ELK Stack.
* Experience with Micronaut, AngularJS, Apache Artemis JMS, Helm is not necessary but would be considered an advantage.
* Experience with CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, Maven, and NPM.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Good English both in writing and spoken language.
* Fluent German would be an advantage.
