On behalf of our client, a leading international family office and one of the top providers of services for complex trust structures worldwide, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Accountant (100%) to join their team in Vaduz. This family office operates on a truly global scale, offering a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment.
Full ownership of day-to-day accounting activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and bookkeeping
Preparation, review, and consolidation of multiple financial statements within a global structure
Support and coordination of annual audit processes across jurisdictions
Contribution to workflow management for accounting and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across international locations
Application of deep technical knowledge in both operational accounting and audit practices, including IFRS and local GAAPs
Your profile University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage
Solid hands-on operational experience in accounting, ideally within fiduciary, financial services, or auditing (Big 4 experience highly valued)
Strong technical expertise in the preparation and closing of financial statements
Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex tasks independently
Loyal, diligent, and reliable, with strong integrity and commitment to quality
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
A positive, open-minded, and resilient team player eager to grow in a dynamic, global environment
Reasonable commuting distance to Vaduz (hybrid model with two home-office days per week)
