About the Role
Lead expansion of 4 new sales channels in Switzerland, achieving new revenue by 2026 and building toward channel sales.
* Secure partnerships with key retailers including Swisscom, MediaMarkt, and Interdiscount
* Lead commercial negotiations and establish strategic relationships
* Manage strategic partnerships and conduct regular business reviews
* Resolve channel conflicts and pricing issues
* Manage end-to-end order fulfillment and payment cycles
* Monitor channel performance and adjust strategies proactively
* Gather competitive and channel intelligence
* Collaborate with GTM on product mix and pricing strategies
Qualifications
* 3+ years sales experience in consumer electronics in Switzerland
* Established relationships with Swiss retail channels
* Fluent in English and German (French a plus)
* 5+ years B2B2C experience with new channel success
* Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
* Experience in market entry from zero
* Familiarity with Digitec/Galaxus platforms
