This position is based in Zürich and is full-time. The Information Security Risk Officer (ISRO) is a key member of the SL AM CISO organization (second line of defense), reporting to the Head of Information Security Risk Management. The ISRO plays a crucial role in identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting on information security risks to ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves supporting local business and IT in managing IT and information security risks during daily operations, projects, and initiatives. Responsibilities
* Lead improvements in key domains of the CISO Office program such as Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI).
* Enhance information security risk management processes for consistency across business units.
* Improve the security incident reporting process to ensure incidents are properly assessed, documented, and communicated to stakeholders.
* Assist in developing and maintaining information security policies and frameworks aligned with regulatory and industry standards.
* Advise on information security risk issues during business and IT initiatives.
* Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and regulatory changes.
* Promote a security-aware culture within the organization.
Experience & Qualifications
* Master's degree in cyber or information security, computer science, business information technology, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in an information security officer or technology risk role, preferably in finance or consulting.
* Experience with international frameworks like NIST, CIS, or ISO 27001/2.
* Proven experience in information security risk management, including risk assessments and control evaluations.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
* Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CCSP are advantageous.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
