Present in France, Spain, Portugal, and Switzerland, our group currently has 600 agencies with an annual turnover of CHF 1.5 billion.On behalf of one of our clients, a home care service recognized for its excellence and human commitment in the canton of Vaud, we are actively looking for several home care nursing assistants.Your main missionsAt the heart of the Vaud health network, you will work independently for the well-being and comfort of a varied clientele:- Basic and hygiene care: Ensure global hygiene care for patients.- Medico-technical care: Assistance with medication intake and monitoring of vital signs.- Observation and reporting: Observe the evolution of the patient's health status and report relevant changes to the nurse.- Transmission: Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team and ensure the traceability of interventions.- Support: Support the patient in daily life activities, promote their autonomy, and maintain a quality social bond.Your profile- Nursing Assistant Diploma.- Minimum 2 years of experience in home care.- Driver's license and excellent organizational skills.- Sense of responsibility and rigor in care.Conditions we offer- A varied activity in direct contact with patients with autonomy in the work environment.- Working conditions in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement. jide708ad7aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
