Ph3Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energies (M/F) /h3 pLocation: Lausanne, Switzerland /p h3Main duties and responsibilities /h3 ul liComprehensive project management: Ensuring the end-to-end implementation of renewable energy projects and their integration into the grid, optimizing resources and guaranteeing the highest quality standards. /li liPhotovoltaics (PV) Infrastructures: Supporting the planning and design of photovoltaic installations, with a particular focus on infrastructure-integrated PV. /li liWind Systems: Developing system solutions and suitable infrastructure for wind farms. /li liMicrogrids Self-consumption: Managing the implementation of smart grids (microgrids) and connection communities for self-consumption (RCP / CEL). /li liElectrical networks: Actively participate in the development and expansion of medium and low voltage networks. /li liRegulatory aspects: Coordinate and carry out all authorization and compliance procedures related to projects. /li /ul h3Desired profile /h3 ul liExperience: A minimum of 10 years of proven professional experience in managing energy infrastructure projects. /li liEducation: Engineering degree (HES/EPF or equivalent) in electrical engineering, energy engineering, renewable energies, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering. /li liTechnical skills: Strong affinity for technology and IT tools (proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP systems). /li liProject management: Proven ability to effectively coordinate complex projects, meet strict deadlines, and manage the expectations of all stakeholders. /li liSoft Skills: Dynamism, marked enthusiasm for future projects related to renewable energies, excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit. /li liLanguages: French speaker, with excellent German and English skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
