Tasks: Contribute to real estate management and monitor suppliers (quality, deadlines, costs) Participate in monitoring and coordinating interventions and small projects Process and validate maintenance requests/tickets within the scope of close contact with clients to understand their needs and support their internal relocations, space adjustments, and furniture needs Perform regular rounds in the buildings and ensure follow-up on identified actions Update keys and prepare reports Participate in small layout projects or with clients and internal teams Your profile: Graduate in hospitality, real estate management, or facility management First experience in real estate, facility management, hospitality, management, or a related field Strong desire to learn and grow in a service role, good interpersonal skills and active listening Ability to manage tasks and handle multiple topics simultaneously Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek help Excellent command of French (minimum C1 level) Good spoken and written skills in German or English (minimum B2 level) – a plus for us?
