Chief Information Security Officer (30-40%)
You will support our management in developing and implementing security strategies as part of our leadership team.
* You will define and deploy best practices regarding security aligned with company strategy, risks, and budget.
* You will lead and coach the admin & IT teams and development teams to scale and implement security globally within the company.

* Manage and improve the existing ISMS, ensuring it remains active and effective to enhance security posture, and prepare for certification.
* Lead the setup of software supply chain security within development teams, balancing ideal practices with project-specific realities.
* Enhance incident management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery processes in collaboration with IT and development teams.
* Support and mentor IT teams regularly.
* Create internal communications, deliver training, and contribute articles.
