As a Senior Program Manager in our PMO, you will own complex customer programs end to end. You will be the main point of contact for strategic customers, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage timelines and risks, and keep a close eye on project financials.

Responsibilities of the role
* Lead day to day execution of a portfolio of customer and internal projects.
* Coordinate engineering, operations, and suppliers to keep activities on track.
* Communicate with customers on progress, questions, and next steps.
* Maintain project plans, risks, actions, and decision logs in our tools.
* Prepare concise status updates for internal stakeholders.
* Run formal status and milestone reviews with customers and internal teams.
* Update budget, cost, and forecast for your programs and flag variances early.
* Prepare and deliver structured technical reports and presentations.
* Review and adjust resource plans with functional leads.
* Contribute to improving PMO templates, tools, and processes based on lessons learned.
* Own the full lifecycle planning for key programs, from scoping and SOW definition to closure.
* Support commercial teams in shaping new opportunities, timelines, and phase gate plans.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and mentor more junior project managers or technical leads.
* Contribute to portfolio level reporting and planning, ensuring alignment with company priorities
Requirements - Technical expertise
* Master degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field.
* +5 years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs in a dynamic environment.
* Proven customer facing experience as primary contact on technical projects.
* Experience working in regulated industries or with formal phase gate project approaches.
* Demonstrated experience with technical reporting and preparing milestone documentation for customers.
* Solid understanding of project financials, including budgeting and basic P&L concepts.
* Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
* Proficiency with modern project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
