Process Engineer – Thermoplastics

Responsibilities
* Analyze and optimize existing thermoplastic processes.
* Support industrialization of new products.
* Lead or support process improvement initiatives.
* Develop process controls and quality plans.
* Transfer technical know-how across sites.
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering or Materials Science.
* 5–7 years experience in thermoplastic processing or production.
* Strong knowledge of thermoplastic materials and equipment.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Travel approx. 30%.
