We’re looking for a hands‑on, people‑first leader to guide our growing Sales Development organization. This Manager will lead a team of 10‑15 SDRs, drive measurable results in opportunity creation and professional development.
The Role
Remote with occasional travel (4–6 trips per year) mainly to Dallas‑Fort Worth.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs.
* Set performance goals, coach on activity volume, appointments, conversion and unit wins.
* Create a healthy, accountable, positive culture supporting individual and team growth.
* Partner with Sales Enablement and HR to recruit, onboard and retain top talent.
* Effectively manage team metrics via dashboards (Salesforce, Power BI), report and enable platform analytics (SalesLoft).
* Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
* Diagnose individual SDR performance issues and work with Director to create action plans.
* Collaborate with fellow managers and Director to evolve SDR systems, cadences and outbound processes.
* Support SDRe tech stack optimization (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Monday.com). Pilot and rollout AI tools.
* Work closely with Marketing to identify trends, share feedback and optimize lead generation.
* Collaborate with BDMs and regional leaders to align SDR outreach with market opportunities.
* Monitor and improve SDR‑to‑BDM alignment to ensure clean handoffs.
What You’ll Bring
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 2+ years of B2B outbound cold calling with a track record of exceeding quota.
* Experience managing SDR teams or 2+ years SDR experience at Kings III with a track record of overperforming both in appointment quota and quality metrics.
* Strong coaching and development skills, knows how to get the best out of people while maintaining accountability.
* Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft and business intelligence tools (Power BI a plus).
* Metrics‑oriented, not obsessed, collaborative but decisive.
* Interest in learning and applying new tools, especially AI, to outbound selling.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making fast, informed decisions.
* Adaptable, humorous, humble – fit well within a people‑centric culture.
Bonus Experience (Not Required)
* Previous success integrating AI tools into sales workflows.

Salary: $80,000‑$96,000 (Base + Commission + Quarterly Bonus).
