We are looking for a Sales Manager in the Stationary Metrology Division to develop and grow Machine‑Tool‑Measurement (MTM) sales in Switzerland.
Summary
This role focuses on selling the MTM portfolio and associated services, driving new customer acquisition, supporting existing customers, and contributing to sales strategy and operations.
Job Responsibilities
Sales responsibility for Switzerland: sales of the MTM portfolio and associated services
Intensive search for new customers and support of the existing customer base
Organise product demos
Develop and implement the strategy for growing the sales funnel in the area of responsibility
Establish quotes and ensure the follow‑up of the quotes until the order
Support order processing (orders to factories and order confirmations to customers)
Support marketing activities: fairs, seminars, and promotion events
Participate in the annual budget process for the area of responsibility
Qualifications
Technical education followed by sales experience, ideally with a Federal Sales Diploma
Knowledge of a CRM and mastery of the MS Office package
Proven experience in sales of investment goods and projects
Technical background and experience in mechanics and the use of CAD software
Ideally experience in metrology or production
Communication and entrepreneurial skills
Business fluent in German and good knowledge of English and/or French
Willingness to travel to customers on a daily basis
Driving licence
