Chef de CuisineCompany DescriptionOn behalf of a recognized player in community catering in the Aigle region, we are recruiting a Chef de Cuisine for a dynamic establishment offering a wide range of action.Job DescriptionThis Chef de Cuisine position is aimed at a professional capable of guaranteeing quality and rigor on a daily basis. He/She will be a key player in the team management and production. The establishment values teamwork, creativity, and culinary excellence. He/She supervises a team of about ten in the kitchen with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day. These meals are served on-site or transported to other locations. The Chef de Cuisine plans and implements all production, supervises the production of sandwiches, salad buffets, and is responsible for hygiene, quality, and maintenance. He/She also manages orders and inventories. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with some exceptional evening interventions.Profile SoughtWe are looking for someone with confirmed experience in community catering AND in high-end hospitality, with recognized and structured management skills. The Chef de Cuisine will propose the menus to be produced, manage the team on a daily basis, and report to the restaurant manager. A global vision of the activity, a sense of responsibility, and a collective spirit are essential.
