A fast-growing group is seeking an Accountant to join an entrepreneurial international business in Geneva that is redefining its finance function through AI and automation.
Working as part of a small, agile finance team, you will report directly to the CFO of the Swiss business, offering strong exposure and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Key responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, payroll postings, reconciliations)
* Manage and improve purchase-to-pay processes
* Support quarterly closings and reconciliations
* Ensure compliance with the Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP
* Work with ERP systems (NetSuite)
* Contribute to AI, automation, and RPA initiatives using tools such as Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT
Candidate profile:
* 3–5 years’ experience in accounting or audit
* Strong technical accounting fundamentals
* Familiarity with Swiss accounting standards
* Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
* Must be eligible to work in Switzerland
* Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, fast-paced environment
