Responsibilities
1. Act as a planning expert in Clinical Operations Program Leadership, managing project information for decision-making across CDMA teams and leadership
2. Apply project management skills and clinical operations expertise to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of CDMA-related outcomes
3. Collaborate with other Clinical Program Managers, Portfolio & Project Management Office staff, and leadership to align deliverables
4. Drive patient- and customer-centricity by prioritizing patient needs and customer satisfaction in all activities
5. Partner across diverse regions and cultures to foster inclusion, belonging, and diversity within teams
6. Identify opportunities for collaboration across Clinical Development and Medical Affairs communities
7. Lead project management activities such as budget planning, tracking, reporting, risk management, and change management within clinical operations or diagnostic product development
8. Guide teams in resolving complex issues, influencing senior stakeholders to adopt new approaches and improve organizational outcomes
Profile
9. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience in a related field
10. Solid experience in clinical program management within clinical studies
11. Proven knowledge and application of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
12. Fluent English communication skills; German is an advantage
13. Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools
14. Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
15. Skilled in risk and change management, scenario planning, and critical path analysis
16. Collaborative, inclusive, and capable of influencing senior-level decision-making
