Job Description
As part of the development of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a CAD Draftsman – Civil Engineering (M/F) to support engineering teams working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
This role takes place in an international engineering environment and combines technical drafting production with the improvement and structuring of CAD standards, helping optimize design practices on complex projects.
English is the working language within the project environment and is required for daily technical exchanges.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and harmonizing existing conceptual drawings from previous engineering projects
* Contributing to the definition and implementation of drafting standards, including templates, file organization, and CAD conventions
* Developing and structuring a library of dynamic blocks and parametric components to improve drafting efficiency
* Producing and updating technical drawings and typical sections in support of engineering teams
* Working closely with engineers and project teams to ensure the technical consistency and quality of deliverablesSupporting the continuous improvement of drafting practices within a demanding technical environment
Your Profile
You hold a technical degree in civil engineering, infrastructure design, or technical drafting, and you have significant experience working as a CAD Draftsman or CAD Designer.
You have strong experience with AutoCAD and are comfortable producing and modifying technical drawings in complex engineering environments.
Experience working on infrastructure, civil engineering, or large technical projects is highly valued.
You are recognized for your:

* ability to work autonomously on drafting tasks
* capability to structure and improve CAD working methods
A professional level of English is mandatory, as technical documentation, collaboration with project teams, and part of the communication environment are conducted in English.
