The role is responsible for end-to-end (E2E) schedule ownership across operational readiness programs within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This position ensures alignment between planning, workload management, and execution readiness, with a strong focus on operational (non-CAPEX) project planning.
The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional internal stakeholders to maintain realistic, data-driven schedules and ensure operational preparedness.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and maintain E2E schedules for operational readiness programs
* Develop and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Excel
* Manage and regularly update resource workload planning for manufacturing operations
* Lead recurring cross-functional schedule review and tracking meetings
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Operations, MSAT, Engineering, and support functions
* Ensure alignment between operational plans and execution timelines
* Support planning activities across multiple operational projects (non-CAPEX)
* Contribute to broader project coordination tasks beyond scheduling when required

Required Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
* Advanced proficiency and full autonomy in Primavera P6
* Strong working knowledge of Excel
* Experience in detailed schedule development and workload planning
* Data-oriented and analytical mindset
* Curious and proactive approach to schedule optimization

* Experience within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing operations environment
* Comfortable challenging assumptions and driving alignment across functions
* Proactive leadership in building and maintaining realistic schedules
* Strong meeting facilitation skills
* Solid understanding of project planning methodologies
* Ability to work at both high-level program view and detailed task-level scheduling
* Experience supporting teams in building executable and resource-feasible plans
