Your mission
Your main mission will be to:
Develop the HR strategy, aligned with the business objectives
Manage all aspects of the HR function of CSEM (450 professionals, 5 sites), together with the HR team (6 professionals)
Supervise the company crèche 'Les Tournesols', in collaboration with the Director and educational team
Your profile

Fluent in French, German and English, you have a superior level of education in HR. You have a demonstrated successful experience in a similar role.
