Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities – Life Insurance Broker / Team Builder
As a leader on our team, you'll drive growth, coach agents, and ensure your team reaches its full potential.
Leadership & Management
* Manage branch performance and meet sales goals
* Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards
* Review and update policies to improve team operations
* Hire, train, and mentor life insurance agents
* Support ongoing growth and professional development
* Lead training programs that boost success and retention
* Teach proven sales strategies to grow client base and close deals
* Track team performance and optimize sales efforts
* Foster a high-performance, goal-driven culture
Make Strategic Decisions
* Use data and predictive tools to set smart premiums and manage risk
* Stay on top of industry trends in insurance and financial services
Qualifications
Deep Insurance Expertise
* Extensive knowledge of life insurance products, including term life, whole life, universal, variable, IULs, annuities, and final expense plans
* Strong understanding of current policies, underwriting, and compliance regulations
Proven Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is ideal but not required
* 5+ years in the insurance industry, with leadership or management experience
Leadership & Coaching Skills
* Experience recruiting, training, and leading successful sales teams
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
Results-Driven Mindset
* Ability to set goals, track performance, and drive team growth
* Comfortable guiding agents to success through mentorship and strategy
