In Switzerland, QRPEOPLE is the exclusive distributor, a small organization with offices in Chiasso, Chur and Zurich. QRPEOPLE CH GMBH is a fast growing organization, with a dynamic, young and results driven atmosphere.
QRPeople will grow its client base and business volume rapidly in the Swiss market in the next 5 years and therefore we are recruiting independent HR consultants to support our growth with training and consultants in Switzerland.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a HR trainer/ consultant you will support our customers with various projects such as:
* Assessment certification trainings
* HR consultancy with our assessments
* Feedbacks with our assessments
We perform most of our trainings online at the moment but anticipate that we will do more face to face trainings in the next years.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Certification training for our assessments ( behavioral, personality, aptitude and emotional)
* Leading and executing HR consultancy projects with key clients
* Providing feedback sessions online and offline
* Responsible for developing a trusted advisor relationship with accounts, clients and partners
SKILLS
* Fluent German OR French
* Training skills gained in online and onsite training experience
* Psychology background is highly recommended
* Working experience and knowledge of Psychometric assessments
* Experience in HR providing solutions based on customer needs
* Experience in customer support
* Sales experience is a plus
