Responsibilities
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-Cycle Internship Program within our Investment Bank, Global Banking business.
Learn all about the business mergers and acquisitions (including corporate and sponsor-backed transactions, leveraged buyouts or carve-outs), equity capital markets and debt capital markets transactions
Be involved in providing advice and execution of merger and acquisitions, spin-offs, refinancings, and other advisory services with a focus on Swiss mid-sized corporations, entrepreneurs, and private equity funds across all sectors
Analyze complex situations and develop the best strategy to maximize our clients’ diverse objectives
Support the team on financial analyses and valuation exercises, conducting research activities on markets and companies
Work closely with our Swiss corporate banking, private banking and our international investment banking network of industry experts, providing an optimal platform for collaboration and your development
Your team
You’ll be working in Zürich, Switzerland in our Global Banking business (part of the Investment Bank), within our Swiss Mid Market Investment Banking team. We advise Swiss mid-sized corporations, entrepreneurs and private equity funds on their strategic development and financing activities, including M&A, debt and capital raisings as well as leveraged buyouts.
Your expertise
is currently enrolled in studies with a graduation date in 2026 or 2027
is motivated to work in a fast-paced business with high demands and tight deadlines
is a strategic thinker with sharp analytical and quantitative skills
solid corporate finance knowledge of accounting and valuation techniques
has an excellent academic track-record and with strong communication skills in English and German, French is a plus
previous experience or familiarity with Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Consulting or related financial services is an advantage
