Your tasks:
* Ensure data quality, especially in the CRM system (e.g. correct customer segmentation, types of customers, potentials, contacts)
* Training the sales team to maintain and improve data quality standards.
* Conducting market research to identify and analyse relevant companies in specific sectors.
* Identification and recommendation of process improvements and data quality enhancements
* Extract and analyse relevant projects from the Swiss procurement platform of the public sector (simap)
