* This role is for an ambitious professional who wishes to contribute to mainstreaming anti-corruption Collective Action. The successful candidate will support the implementation of Collective Action projects, leading the organization of events and supporting the global Collective Action community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic stakeholder engagement, preferably with experience in the anti-corruption space. A proven track record of fundraising and event management is essential, along with excellent time management and organizational skills.

We are seeking someone who can work autonomously, prioritizing tasks effectively while maintaining excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications is required, as well as fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

In this role, you will conceptualize and lead operational planning and execution of Collective Action events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences. You will secure funding and sponsorships, deliver and manage projects, develop regional and global communities of practice, and implement mentoring programs.

You will engage with various stakeholders from the private and public sectors, civil society, and academia. Your responsibilities will also include drafting research outputs, promotional materials, and website content. Additionally, you will manage and promote content on the B20 Collective Action Hub.

About the Position:

This role requires a university degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as political sciences, law, business, or public administration. At least 5 years' experience in strategic stakeholder engagement is necessary, along with a proven track record in the anti-corruption space.
