To support its future projects, TAG Heuer seeks a Retail Training Content Manager for a 6-month assignment based in Signy (VD), Switzerland:
Job Responsibilities Support product content training projects (e.g., training toolkits, masterdecks, fact-sheets, Train-The-Trainers) in partnership with the International Retail Training Manager and Product Team
Create and update online modules in Learning App with the Digital Learning Manager
Develop tutorials and digital training tools with the Connected Watch Team
Consolidate the product training calendar and update market training managers
Coordinate learning video shoots and align content with the Product team
Respond to product-related inquiries from markets
Assist in implementing worldwide training programs and events (e.g., Retail Watchmaking Certification, Haute-Horlogerie Ambassador Community, Connected Watch Community activities, Train-The-Trainer sessions)
Manage logistics and prepare materials for training events
Conduct competitive product benchmark analyses as needed
Follow up on project evaluations and market-level deployment of training programs
Analyze feedback and produce reports on training outcomes
Manage procurement processes related to training activities, ensuring compliance and timely approvals
Profile Languages: Fluent in French and English; strong watchmaking vocabulary in both languages
Skills: Problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate within a diverse, global team
Hard skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint
Travel: 10-20% expected
Availability: August 1, 2025 – January 31, 2026
