Your focus will be to embed a sustainable, innovative, and end‑to‑end lifecycle mindset into everything we do. /p ul liOwn the Expertise: Drive the global strategic approach for civil and structural design, conception, and construction across the entire lifecycle /li liHead the Global Expert Panel: Head the Global Expert Panel for Civil Structural, defining its operating model and maintaining a roadmap to nurture and share knowledge company‑wide /li liProvide Strategic Guidance: Deliver systematic support, consultancy, and technical leadership across the organization, including solving complex technical issues and conducting project reviews /li liDrive Innovation Sustainability: Develop and implement cutting‑edge, sustainable design practices, aligned with divisional and group sustainability goals /li liStay ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of future industry trends and developments to directly support capital projects, global initiatives, and compliance with building codes /li liBuild Strategic Alliances: Foster systematic collaboration with internal stakeholders, the Sites Network, and external academic partners /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: University‑level education (MSc, equivalent, or higher) in a scientific or technical field /li liExperience: Around 10 years of international experience across companies and cultures, including project or matrix leadership experience /li liLeadership Communication: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization without direct reporting lines, backed by clear and transparent decision‑making /li liProblem‑Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking, well‑developed problem‑solving abilities, a high propensity for self‑reflection, and a passion for continuous improvement /li liLanguages Mobility: Professional fluency in English (German is a plus, or a willingness to learn), with the flexibility to undertake occasional international travel /li /ul bRoche is an Equal Opportunity Employer. /b /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
