For our Wafer Production Engineering at Axetris AG, we are looking for an independent and motivated individual.
Aufgaben
Responsible for improving processes and related equipment
Development and optimization of production parameters in wafer manufacturing
Transfer of new processes into production
Specification, evaluation, installation, and qualification of new systems and equipment
Ensuring 2nd-level support for equipment and process issues in production
Qualifikation
M.Sc. degree in materials science, physics, chemistry, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in semiconductor production and proven experience in one of the areas such as sputter deposition, dry etching, wet chemistry, dicing, or pick & place
Good knowledge of methods such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, root cause analysis etc.
German and English language skills required
High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
