Ph3Description and Requirements /h3 pbThe Role /b /p pAs the ISG Leader Tech-Sales Manager Switzerland, you will lead the local Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) business, overseeing both sales and pre-sales organizations while driving the country’s technology strategy. You will combine strong commercial leadership with deep technical expertise to accelerate growth, deliver customer success, and position Lenovo as a trusted innovation partner across enterprise, public sector, and partner ecosystems. /p pYou act as a senior leader, trusted advisor, and people manager—representing the Swiss business both externally and internally, while shaping the future direction of our technology and solutions portfolio. /p pbResponsibilities /b /p ul liLead the end-to-end ISG business and define the go-to-market strategy for Switzerland /li liBuild and maintain executive-level relationships across enterprise and public sector customers /li liDrive business growth across servers, storage, cloud, edge, AI/ML, and as-a-service (TruScale) offerings /li liLead, develop, and inspire high-performing sales and pre-sales teams /li liOwn forecasting, pipeline management, and overall business planning cadence /li liCollaborate cross-functionally (Channel, Services, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR) in a One Lenovo approach /li liDefine and execute the local technology vision and innovation strategy /li liTranslate complex technology trends into scalable, customer-centric solutions /li liAct as a trusted advisor to customers on digital and infrastructure transformation /li liRepresent Lenovo at industry events, conferences, and executive engagements /li liOversee technical escalations, ensuring effective resolution and stakeholder communication /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul liExtensive leadership experience in an ICT, data center, or solutions-driven organization /li liProven track record in both business leadership and technology/solutions leadership /li liStrong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, edge computing, AI/ML, and cybersecurity /li liExperience leading and developing sales and pre-sales teams /li liStrong commercial acumen combined with solid technical expertise /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement /li liEstablished network within the Swiss enterprise and public sector landscape /li liFluency in German and English (French is a plus) /li liStrategic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a matrix environment /li /ul h3What Lenovo Offers to you /h3 ul liEmployee Share Purchase Plan /li liEmployee Assistance Program, e.g., for health, legal financial consultancy /li liSocial Security: accident sick leave insurance costs covered by Lenovo, up to 100% OTE payment for 1 year /li liPublic transport support /li liMobile phone Swisscom flat rate incl. max 4 data cards /li liInternal E-learning Development Platform Available for Employees /li liSpecialized Development Trainings (based on nomination process) /li liOpportunity to Join/Create Employees Groups (inclusivity, well-being, sports, volunteering, charity, etc.) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
