International work experience is beneficial. /p /li lipExcellent understanding and knowledge of one or multiple Omya-served marketplace(s) (i.e., Polymers, Paints, Coatings, Adhesives, Cosmetics, Food, Pharma, Agriculture, Water Air Treatment, etc.) /p /li lipPersonality with an excellent service and entrepreneurial mindset, having a feeling for providing the right technical and lab service level to ensure and drive customer satisfaction. /p /li lipProven effective self-motivation to drive assigned tasks and to promote collaboration across the organization. /p /li lipEffective communication skills (oral and writing) with the strong ability to interact with individuals from a range of backgrounds and at all levels. /p /li lipExcellent project management skills, incl. project documentation. /p /li lipExcellent analytical skills to interpret data from lab, field, and customer trials. /p /li lipStrong ability to give recommendations based on lab, field, and customer trial results. /p /li lipExcellent command of both oral and written local language and English is required.
