Assist in the administration of trusts, foundations and corporate structures in various jurisdictions
Draft trust-related documents (resolutions, minutes, letters of wishes, powers of attorney, etc.)
Coordinate with banks, custodians, tax / legal advisors, and investment managers
Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure accurate data entry in trust management systems
Monitor and ensure timely execution of transactions and distributions
Support onboarding of new clients and gathering of KYC / AML documentation
Contribute to regulatory reporting and compliance reviews
Act as a point of contact for clients and intermediaries, under supervision of senior officers You have at least 2 years experience in a Trust Company in Geneva You easily know how to assist Senior Trust Managers
Minimum 2 years of experience in a trust company in Geneva
Strong understanding of trust and corporate structures, their governance and documentation
Knowledge of key regulations : CDB, AML, CRS / FATCA is a strong asset
Detail-oriented, discreet, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office tools and trust administration software Fluent in French and English
