Our spaces are not traditional hotels or venues; they are design-led, experience-driven environments operating at the intersection of hospitality, investment awareness, and brand.We are looking for an exceptional **Head of Spaces / Hospitality & Spaces Manager** to take ownership of the build-up, operations, and international development of GATE108 Spaces.
Role Purpose
This role is designed for a hospitality leader with a builder mindset — someone who has already created, scaled, and operated high-quality hospitality concepts across multiple locations.As Head of Spaces / Hospitality & Spaces Manager, you will lead the operational and experiential side of GATE108's physical footprint, with full proposal and implementation responsibility, while investment decisions remain with the founders.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, launch, and operate GATE108 Spaces across Europe and selected international locations Define and uphold hospitality, service, and guest experience standards across all spaces Translate brand, atmosphere, and design intent into consistently high-performing physical environments Identify, evaluate, and propose new spaces, heritage properties, and hospitality opportunities Prepare feasibility, operational, and experience-driven assessments for potential locations Work closely with owners, investors, developers, architects, and local partners Act as operational lead for all space-related activities Build scalable operating models, workflows, and on-site team structures Oversee budgets, suppliers, staffing models, and operational performance Leverage and expand an international hospitality, real estate, and creative network Represent GATE108 in high-level hospitality, partnership, and development contexts Contribute to visibility, storytelling, and positioning of GATE108 Spaces Collaborate on content, brand presentation, and social media where relevant
Ideal Background & Experience
* Founder-level or senior management experience in boutique hotels, private members clubs, retreats, or experiential hospitality Proven track record in building and operating multiple hospitality assets internationally Strong understanding of hospitality economics, investment logic, and operational scalability Experience working directly with property development, leasing, or asset repositioning Natural operator with a strong creative and brand sensibility Comfortable combining hands-on operations with high-level concept work Highly autonomous, execution-driven, and accountable Thrives in international, fast-moving, and non-corporate environments
Language & Environment
* Fluent English required (native or near-native level strongly preferred) Additional languages are a significant advantage (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, German) Comfortable operating across cultures, countries, and time zones
Employment Setup
* Full-time, permanent position preferred Remote-first role with regular international travel High degree of ownership and responsibility Direct collaboration with founders and executive leadership
