Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Trade Finance Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling sophisticated technology solutions to senior banking leaders, specifically in Switzerland.
About the Role:
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a 30-60-90-day and 1-year sales plan targeting major trade finance banks.
* Client Engagement: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers (CFOs, Chief Risk Officers, Heads of Trade Finance).
* Sophisticated Selling Approach: Adapt your sales tactics to various stakeholders within banking organizations, understanding their unique priorities and pain points.
* Technology Expertise: Articulate the value of tokenization and advanced technology solutions in the trade finance context.
* Resilience & Persistence: Drive long-cycle sales engagements with determination and follow-through.
* Collaboration: Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure client needs are understood and addressed.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in trade finance, trading, or a combination of both, with a track record at one or more trading houses in Switzerland.
* Proven success in selling sophisticated technology products to senior banking personas.
* Deep understanding of trade and trade finance documentary processes and technology-driven solutions.
