About the Internship
Are you enthusiastic about communication and sustainability? Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking an intern to join our Group Communications team at our headquarters in Kilchberg, Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in corporate communications and reporting for a publicly listed global company, while helping shape the external messaging of the group.
100% pensum, duration: 6‑12 months.
Responsibilities
* Support project management of annual sustainability statement
* Support sustainability communication projects and tasks
* Update sustainability communication materials, including websites, presentations, brochures, holding statements, etc.
* Support the preparation of sustainability communication guidelines for the Group
* Content creation (briefings, articles, brochures, etc.)
* Support with and manage content on company intranet
* Coordination of subsidiary inquiries related to sustainability and corporate communications and support with media inquiries
* Support corporate events
* Editing and reviewing of media releases
* Support daily media monitoring
Qualifications
* Student (Bachelor or Master) in Communication, Journalism, or a related area
* First professional experience in corporate communications, journalism, sustainability communication, or a related area preferred
* Strong affinity for sustainability matters (understanding of the cocoa industry is an advantage)
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Fluency in German and English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
* Ability to work independently but as a strong team player
* Ability to work cross‑functionally
* High standards of quality and organization
* Positive attitude and growth mindset
