This is an onsite-focused role that supports the company's operations and employee productivity. The position was created as part of building up an internal IT support function following the end of a long-term partnership with an external provider. As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will work closely with and be guided by a senior colleague, supporting around 140 employees across the business.
You will
* Provide 1st-level support for workplace setups, laptops, and internal tools
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and user account creation
* Help triage and follow up on tickets through the service desk and onsite visits
* Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and access issues
* Support with maintaining IT documentation and improving recurring processes
* Gain experience with M365, Intune, Windows 11, Jira, Confluence, and IT automation tools
* Learn from and collaborate with a senior team member in your daily work
You bring
* First experience in IT support or helpdesk, either from an internship, apprenticeship, or junior position
* Basic understanding of Windows systems and workplace technologies
* Interest in growing your skills in M365, Intune, and automation
* A proactive, reliable working style and eagerness to learn
* English fluency; additional languages are a plus
* A collaborative mindset and motivation to grow within a supportive team
