Overview
For our client, an international non-profit structure, we're looking for an experienced, skillful Accountant to join a small and dynamic Finance team based in Geneva.

Responsibilities
* GL accounting: AP/AR according to internal policies, transactions booking. Intercompany transactions and reconciliations (bank transfers, invoice payments.)
* Closing and reporting: manage monthly and annual closing process, preparation of annual financial accounts with the Finance manager, preparation of management reportings.
* Audit: prepare and support the annual statutory audit process, ensure timely completion of all legal and regulatory filings. Yearly proactively review and update financial policies and procedures.
Profile
* University degree in Accounting (or equivalent qualification), solid knowledge of accounting principles (Swiss GAAP; CO)
* 5+ years professional experience in a similar, autonomous accounting position
* English and French fluent
* Non-profit background is a plus, Business Central former use likewise.
The position is part of a small, dynamic team. It is meant to be autonomous, handling the full accounting cycle. This being said, curious, proactive, finance/IT enthusiasts are very expected.
