Your role and responsibilities
Motivate, organize, and promote teamwork within the team to ensure productivity and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets are met.
Collaborate with relevant interfaces, resolve issues as they arise, and continuously improve process flows.
Conduct regular employee reviews and define individual development goals to systematically support and advance team members.
Oversee operational control and administrative completion of all transport processes within our extended workbench concept, ensuring proper, timely, and cost-efficient execution.

Qualifications for the role
3–5 years of professional experience in logistics, production supply, or in roles such as team leader or logistics specialist.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP) and warehouse management systems (WM/LVS), including independent execution of postings, inventory management, and system evaluations.
Strong team orientation and solution-driven mindset combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Federal diploma as logistics specialist or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
Proficiency in German (spoken and written); English is
