We’re searching for a seasoned sales leader who knows how to walk into the boardroom, win over C‑level executives, and close enterprise deals worth €1M+. This isn’t about chasing quotas. It’s about owning one of Gradion’s most strategic markets and driving real digital transformation across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your mission

Lead Gradion’s expansion across the DACH region with full ownership of business growth.

Build trusted partnerships with CEOs, CIOs, and CMOs, advising them on AI‑first, data‑driven, and cloud‑powered strategies.

Hunt for high‑value opportunities, shape complex deals, and scale business with entrepreneurial freedom.

Represent Gradion at the conferences and boardrooms where the future of digital transformation is decided.

In this role, you will

Own the DACH Market : Lead business development and sales growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Engage C‑Level Leaders : Build trusted relationships with CEOs, CIOs, and CMOs, advising them on digital strategy, transformation, and growth through technology.

Drive Enterprise Deals : Manage complex, consultative sales cycles with deal values up to €1M+, from prospecting to contract signature.

Hunt Relentlessly : Identify and open new accounts, expanding Gradion’s footprint in core industries like FinTech, Travel, Logistics and Transportation, and Retail.

Collaborate Across Borders : Partner with Gradion’s consulting, product, and delivery teams to create compelling, client‑centric proposals.

Be a Thought Leader : Represent Gradion at industry conferences, roundtables, and networking events, building both our brand and your personal authority in the market.

What will you bring

10+ years of B2B sales experience in consulting, IT, or digital solutions, with a proven record of closing enterprise‑level deals (€500K–€1M+).

Strong consulting mindset : Able to challenge, advise, and co‑create strategies with C‑level executives.

Hunter mentality + leadership DNA : Independent, proactive, and capable of building a book of business from scratch while shaping Gradion’s presence in DACH.

Deep understanding of enterprise digital transformation : AI, cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, and platform technologies.

Native German + fluent English for international collaboration.

Nice‑to‑have

Prior work with consultancies or large‑scale digital projects.

Exposure to multi‑country or cross‑border enterprise sales.
