Quality Manager For a client active in watchmaking subcontracting, we are looking for: A QUALITY MANAGERMain Mission Ensure the compliance of watch products with the quality standards of the company and regulatory requirements, by overseeing continuous production and control processes, in order to meet customer expectations in terms of reliability and precision.
Responsibilities:- Manage, maintain, and improve the quality system (ISO or equivalent)- Manage the quality department and its follow-up (quality control and quality assurance)- Manage the customer Quality interface (New products, non-conformities )- Define and implement product quality to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements (self-check, monitoring plan within the company with your teams continuously through quality processes (handling non-conformities - quality )- Collaborate closely with R&D and production teams- Contribute to the quality culture of the micromechanics sector, preferably with a focus on quality Confirmed experience in a technical and quality role in watchmaking Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, 8 D, audits, knowledge of quality standards)Analytical mindset, rigor, attention to detail, and transversal leadership Very good ease and ability to work in a demanding environment Good stress management skills.
