Duties and Responsibilities
* Soak, pre-wash and wash all food & beverage operating equipment according to the standards set by the chief steward
* Keep dishwashing machine in a clean and functional state, reporting any apparent defect to supervisor.
* Keep dishwashing ware and all cleaning equipment clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
* Ensures all equipment and working area are kept clean and in good working condition.
* Has a complete understanding of, and adhere to the company's policy relating to fire, hygiene and safety.
* Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
* Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments
Qualifications
* Secondary school education or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting. Vocational / technical certification from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
* Technical skills include familiar with food and hygiene codes, and various hotel systems including operation knowledge of dish washing machine.
* Fluent in French & English
* EU or Swiss Passport
