Key Responsibilities
Support the organization of approximately 40 educational events annually, including both live and virtual formats.
Assist in content coordination, scientific materials preparation, and event logistics.
Liaise with speakers and participants to ensure smooth event execution.
Manage enrollment processes and help maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to data and statistical reporting.
Job Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English (spoken and written at C2 level); additional languages are a plus.
Ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines.
Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a multicultural environment.
University degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting; international/multicultural exposure is ideal.
Background in educational event planning is advantageous.
Motivated, reliable, and flexible.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time and stress management abilities.
Open-minded, culturally sensitive, and a team player.
