You will play a critical role in product launches, market development, and cross‑functional collaboration while further strengthening your strategic and analytical capabilities in Product Management. /p h3Objectives of the Position /h3 ul liOwn defined product groups and actively manage performance across the full product lifecycle /li liAct as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and selected external partners, ensuring strong alignment across functions /li liContribute to and drive elements of go‑to‑market strategies and product launch plans /li liLead or co‑lead the execution of new product launches, ensuring timely and high‑quality implementation in the Swiss market /li liPartner closely with Sales teams to support commercial execution, drive product adoption, and achieve business targets /li liDrive market segmentation, targeting, and product positioning based on customer insights and competitive dynamics /li liAnalyze KPIs, market data, and financial performance to identify growth opportunities and support decision‑making /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospital decision makers, and internal partners /li liConduct in‑depth market and competitor analysis to anticipate trends and identify risks and opportunities /li liTake ownership of selected projects (e.g. campaigns, trainings, events) and ensure successful execution /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with EMEA Marketing, Global Marketing, RD, Supply Chain, and other key functions /li liEnsure alignment with supply chain processes to support product availability and mitigate business risks /li liEnsure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and healthcare regulations (e.g., HCC, legal, regulatory) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation/training in an orthopaedic or orthopaedic environment or a degree (Uni / FH / ETH) /li li2+ years of professional experience in product management, marketing, or sales (medical devices preferred) /li liExperience in orthopaedics or the healthcare industry is a strong advantage /li liGerman and English fluent (business level); French/Italian a plus /li liStrong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights /li liProactive and results‑driven mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and levels /li liAbility to work in a cross‑functional and international environment /li liEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities /li liAdaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment /li liTravel: 20–30% /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pJohnson Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
