We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Basel team part-time (50%) on a temporary contract running until 31 January 2026. The ideal candidate can start as soon as possible. In this role, you will support both the HR Business Partner and HR Specialist in personnel administration tasks across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate data management and smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare contracts, confirmation, and reference letters.
* Update employee data in HR systems, including SAP and LOGA, and manage time and attendance adjustments.
* Support the HR Business Partner and HR Specialist with daily HR administrative tasks.
* Manage incoming/outgoing HR documents and handle general administration.
* Support monthly tasks such as birthday vouchers, jubilee letters, and payroll data preparation.
* Create absence and accrual reports; monitor permit renewals.
Requirements:
* 2–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
* Hands-on experience with SAP and LOGA is a strong advantage.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German; French is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
* Willingness and ability to work onsite in our Basel office.
* Availability to start immediately or as soon as possible.
