The position is divided between 50% Reservations and 50% Revenue Management, providing a full understanding of the sales cycle and revenue optimization. In the Revenue Management function, the Revenue & Reservations coordinator supports the optimization of the hotel’s room revenue by assisting the Revenue Manager in implementing and developing effective inventory and pricing strategies. These strategies are based on demand forecasting, market trends, and historical data analysis. In the Reservations function, the role ensures the handling of reservation requests, guarantees accuracy of information within the systems, and contributes to delivering a seamless and high-quality guest experience. This role also supports commercial strategies by ensuring strong alignment between distribution, pricing, and availability management. Key Responsibilities Revenue Management (50%) Assist the Revenue Manager in analyzing commercial performance and key performance indicators.
