Working across innovation, manufacturing, and commercial functions, you will help connect strategy with execution and influence sourcing decisions that support both our business and the patients we serve globally. You will join our Global Strategic Sourcing Direct Procurement team, report to the VP Global Strategic Sourcing, and the Hybrid role will be based at our Stockholm HQ or Global Hub in Basel. /p h3In This Role, You Will /h3 ul liLead the development and execution of global sourcing strategies that enable a resilient, cost‑efficient, and sustainable supply network for Sobi’s clinical and commercial manufacturing. /li liCombine a strategic and commercial mindset to evaluate and optimize sourcing decisions throughout the product lifecycle—from development to commercialization and life‑cycle management. /li liDrive cross‑functional collaboration across Technical Operations, Legal, Tax, Finance, and other key stakeholders to negotiate and implement complex, high‑value global contracts. /li liDesign and maintain a strategic sourcing roadmap, ensuring alignment with Sobi’s business goals and long‑term vision. /li liContribute to due diligence efforts in business development projects, providing critical input on manufacturing and sourcing opportunities. /li liAnticipate market trends and assess supplier capabilities to deliver data‑driven sourcing recommendations that strengthen Sobi’s competitive edge. /li liLead business cases for Technical Operations projects, from financial approval through to contract execution, and continuously enhance sourcing processes and procurement policies to drive efficiency and innovation. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pAbout you /p ul liA university degree in Business, Chemistry, Science, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant field. /li liExperience from the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, ideally within sourcing, procurement, or outsourced manufacturing. /li liProven success negotiating fact‑based complex, high‑value global contracts in a multicultural setting. /li liUnderstanding of cGMP manufacturing and global regulatory standards. /li liExperience in global, matrixed organizations and cross‑functional collaboration. /li /ul h3Skills Knowledge /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). /li liStrong financial and analytical acumen (COGS and cost structures). /li liExpertise in global sourcing strategies and supplier performance management. /li liExceptional commercial mindset and business judgment. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pHere at Sobi we live by our core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
