We are looking for our establishment EMS X in Villars-Burquin, which accommodates 32 people and specializes in the field of advanced age: Health Auxiliary CRS (M/F/D) in a permanent contract between 80% and 100% - EMS X. Regardless of their function, the professionals of Saphir share a common goal, which is to support individuals on a daily basis to enable them to experience institutional life according to the Aedis model “like X home”. That is, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer an appropriate response to their wishes, and, through genuine interprofessionality, to promote their well-being and quality of life. As a health auxiliary CRS, you assist individuals in their daily lives (daily living activities, social and spiritual activities, housekeeping) while ensuring the preservation of their autonomy and taking into account the support plan. You contribute to a safe and friendly atmosphere. You participate in the individual's support project by ensuring that their environment is adapted to their needs. You will collaborate in interprofessionality and adapt your interventions to the needs of each individual and participate in the implementation of individualized support. YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLSYou have a Red Cross diploma or an equivalent title and have experience in accommodation. Interest in daily support for elderly individuals. Good listening skills and the ability to be a team player and self-reflective. Good command of French and usual tools (Carefolio).
