Job description
As Logistics Business Process Owner, you will be responsible for the design, standardization, continuous improvement, and governance of logistics processes, in close collaboration with internal SAP and IT stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will be to:
* Implement and maintain process governance to ensure the stability and scalability of the distribution center, delivery management solution, and export activities.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications in close cooperation with various stakeholders such as brands/subsidiaries, carriers, project managers, SAP business analysts, operations teams and external partners.
* Test and validate IT solutions and define test scenarios to ensure the system readiness before UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
* Coordinate and execute UAT’s and support the business team when required.
* Manage go-lives of new requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the process. Oversee hypercare and a structured handover to operations with appropriate documentation and training.
* Support operations teams in solving problems, analyzing use cases and identifying improvements.
* Create and maintain user guides and training documents.
