Product Manager - Hernia Solutions
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team, responsible for driving and executing the strategy within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, KOL management, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for market growth, focusing on customer needs and pain points.
* Analyze market data and trends to inform sales decisions, leveraging clinical evidence to drive business outcomes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions, creating content for trade shows and symposia.
* Manage projects with sales territories, supporting KOL management and customer expansion.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization.
Requirements:
* Degree in economics or equivalent qualification.
* At least five years of experience in marketing, product management, or sales within a B2B medical technology company.
* Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze ROI and connect results with management.
* Experience with event management, print media, and IT tools.
* Fluent in German and very good in English, both written and spoken.
