You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to help drive operational excellence, transparency, and smart decision-making.This is an opportunity to **combine analytical expertise with meaningful purpose**, while growing into a strategic finance partner within a collaborative and supportive environment.**What you’ll do*** Act as a trusted finance partner for cost centers, capital investments, projects, inventory and windchill change orders* Lead and support annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting process across assigned areas* Partner with the business to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and support improvement initiatives* Support full cycle of capital (planning, tracking, and post-investment)* Monitor inventory and communicate financial implications and opportunities by partnering with local supply chain* Contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, reporting and data accuracy* Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting requirements* Execute deliverables in a consistent, timely, and accurate manner* Play a key role in month-end activities by executing journal entries, performing variance analysis, and preparing reports**What you bring**We know great candidates don’t always meet every requirement.
